Melted Cheese

Justinsomnia came to my attention by asking the vitally important question:

“Is melted swiss cheese an aphrodisiac?”

It deserves more discussion!

Looks like some beauty cheese-porn also available in his yummy mushroom lasagna post. Handmade flat lasagna noodles are only one of the features that make this sound heavenly. Will someone please make me some? Or at least give me the full recipe?
